Learn How to Make Crêpes at Four Frogs Circular Quay

If you’ve visited one of our locations and enjoyed our Crêpes, you’ve likely wondered how you might make the delicious treat yourself. Now you can learn just how to do that with our new Crêpe cooking class; you’ll even take home the essentials to make the best galettes in your own kitchen.

Classes will be offered at our Circular Quay location in November and December, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. 

Join our Crêpe cooking class

Many Australians spend their Sunday mornings making pancakes, but Crêpes are a little bit more complicated! When you attend our Crêpe cooking class, we’ll take you through the step-by-process for making your own. The class will be run by one of our head chefs, Guillaume. He is an experienced chef from Bretagne, France – the birthplace of Crêpes and Galettes! 

The class will be two hours long and we will provide everything you need to make Crêpes and Galettes, including an apron you can take home with you, equipment, and all the fixings. We’ll make sure the class is COVID safe by providing you with masks & gloves and making sure social distancing rules are in place. 

Upon arrival, you’ll receive a welcome drink and we’ll get ready to cook! Guillaume will demonstrate how to make the perfect Galette and Crêpe, then you’ll make your own ones. And of course, once your Galette and Crêpe are made, they’re yours to eat! You will go home with a bag full of the essentials to make your own Galette at home.    

What's included

When you join us for our Crêpe cooking class at our Circular Quay location, we’ll make sure you have everything you need – plus some extra goodies! 

Each participant will receive: 

  • Unlimited French cider to drink during the class 
  • Cooking supplies for making Crêpes and Galettes. Once your Crêpes and Galettes are cooked and topped with your favourite additions, you’ll be able to enjoy your creations with your glass of cider
  • An apron, which you can take home with you 
  • A gift bag including a Four Frogs tote bag, a 500-gram bag of our house-milled buckwheat flour, a jar of housemade salted caramel, a jar of chocolate sauce perfect for making your own Crêpes at home, and a $10 gift voucher to enjoy a meal at Four Frogs and some surprises. 
 

Tickets are $105 per person.

We’re offering cooking classes every Wednesday, from6:00 to 8:00PM,
each class will accommodate 8 guests maximum. 
This cooking class is taking place at our Circular Quay location only.

Terms and Conditions

There must be a minimum of four people registered in each class. If fewer than four people register, the class may be canceled. Attendees must be 16 years of age or older.
