MEDIA APPERANCES

Since opening our first Crêperie in Mosman, back in March 2013, we have been featured in numerous broadcasts and publications, including:

Four Frogs Crêperie specialise in traditional French crêpes sweet and savoury. And general manager Marianne and executive chef Guillaume visited the Sunrise studio on Friday, to share how to make the perfect crêpe for viewers.

The pair showed how to make a number of traditional crêpes, including la tatin (apple and caramel crêpes), strawberry and nutella and smoked salmon.

“Diners can choose from a range of sweet crepes, and savoury galettes. Made using buckwheat and wheat flour milled weekly on-site, the crepes are authentic, moreish, and very affordable too. You can’t go past the La Tartiflette featuring bacon, swiss and raclette cheese, and potato and onion cooked in cider. On the sweet side, the fresh strawberry, crushed pistachios, mixed berry coulis and raspberry ice cream is sweet heaven!”

“Looking for a slight departure from your regular pancake offerings? Head to Four Frogs Crêperie and dig into some truly fantastic French crêpes. Offering over 40 different types of crêpes, both sweet and savoury, you’ll be spoilt for choice here. Their Nutella and strawberry crêpe is a popular staple on the menu along with their butter and Belgian chocolate crepe which never disappoints.”

“For the galettes, the classics are crowd-pleasers—ham, cheese and egg is about as satisfying as it comes, as well as the prosciutto, goat’s cheese and honey. Their more dolled up galettes though, shouldn’t be overlooked. Their occasional prawn salad specials, as well as their pork cider sausage recipe, are very worth your while. In terms of crêpes, any will please—you can’t go wrong with the nutella and strawberry, but we highly recommend the crêpe flambée with chocolate and grand marnier.”
